    Homeowner Night Out

    On Friday Dec. 9 our Family Support team sponsored a Night Out for our Homeowners.  The goal, allow our families a night where they can Christmas shop and have the team engage the children in games and to watch Polar Express.

    Earth Day & Sebert

    Once again Sebert Landscaping is celebrating Earth Day by working on 2 of our homes.  This year they have chosen South Channing and Jefferson.  Each being done to a character to fit the home.  Thanks to all the Sebert folks.

    Hoffer Foundation supports our mission with a Craftsman Grant

    Hoffer Foundation is helping to rehab a historic home in Elgin with a Craftsman Level donation. And the Hoffer team was ready to pitch in with volunteer support.

    A Brush with Kindness is an exterior maintenance program designed to assist families who currently own their own home but have struggled to maintain the exterior.
