Thomas the Tank Engine

Thomas the Tank Engine is heading to the Illinois Railway Museum for his annual appearance, August 15-17, August 23&24.  And, we need to have our volunteers ready to support the museum.  Remember this is a fundraiser for us, we receive the equivalent of minimum wage for any hours put in.  So, help us &help the museum.  Please look at the available slots on the schedule (click here) and call the office (847) 836-1432 or e-mail us with your selection of when and where you would like to work, we'll sign you up!

Dream Builders Soirée

We had our third successful dream Builder's Soirée at the Baker hotel on April 5.  If you weren't there you missed a tasting of some of the finest restaurants in the area:

Spring Walk-a-Thon...2008 & 2009

On February 23, 2008 we hosted groups of students from local high schools and churches at our annual Spring Walk-a-Thon at Spring Hill Mall.  And the wait is over, our winner is Elgin High School, way to go Elgin!
